In our one-on-one sessions, you'll go beyond traditional talk therapy. We’ll explore self-discovery and build on your strengths with personalized practices and guides. Whether you're navigating grief or a life transition, you'll gain daily coping skills to manage the new emotions that accompany each chapter—whether big or small.

Together, we'll build a solid foundation for the future and attract supportive people who uplift and inspire you, helping you navigate these transitions with clarity and purpose.

Grief Mediation

The structure

  • Minimum one hour session with group.

  • Session notes, coping practices and guidance of the group's conversation. 

Grief mediation provides a safe and comfortable place to express their feelings, fears and questions about grief in a group setting being led by Megan. The goal is to understand each other's grief and set boundaries, expectations and each other's needs.

Who Is This For:

  • Families or friends who are having a hard time communicating or respecting each others grieving after the death of a loved one. 

 

Once the session is complete Megan will send each participant session notes and individual suggestions for coping and therapeutic modalities that could benefit their needs.
