Family Grief Mediation
Grief mediation provides a safe and comfortable place to express their feelings, fears and questions about grief in a group setting being led by Megan. The goal is to understand each other's grief and set boundaries, expectations and each other's needs.
Who Is This For:

Families or friends who are having a hard time communicating or respecting each others grieving after the death of a loved one.
Once the session is complete Megan will send each participant session notes and individual suggestions for coping and therapeutic modalities that could benefit their needs.
The structure
