WHAT IS GRIEF & LIFE TRANSITION COACHING?
Grief coaching is not about “moving on” or pretending everything happens for a reason.
It’s a guided, evidence-informed approach that helps people navigate the emotional, mental and physical impact of grief, death and major life changes.
Many people come to me because they feel:
