Death, divorce and life changing transitions can alter your identity, relationships and future, while the rest of the world keeps moving as if you should know how to keep up.

For more than 10 years, I’ve combined professional grief education, practical tools and my own lived experience to help people make sense of what changed, carry it differently and find their way back into life.

I’m not here to help you “move on.” I’m here to help you understand who you are now.
